RETURNS/EXCHANGES

NOTE:

1. If you received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please contact us at pantheonathletica.com/contact. Please provide us with your order number and reason for return in the message box. 

 

Return Standards & Conditions

  • We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date.
    • Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and color but in different sizes.
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
  • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will be subject to denial.
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will NOT be accepted.
  • Some of our items do not come with tags so please do not worry, but if tags were attached when you received the item please keep them attached.
  • At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels. 
  • If you are returning your entire order please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email. 

 

 

 

Returning Sale Items

  • Items discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • If you received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please submit contact us at pantheonathletica.com/contact
  • Items discounted by less than 30% are not final sale and are welcome to be returned for an exchange or refund.
